Hi, I’m Courtney.

I’m not a pastor, a Bible scholar, or an expert who has life all figured out. I’m simply someone who loves God and is learning what it means to abide in Him every moment of every day.

Like everyone else, I’ve experienced fear, uncertainty, grief, chronic illness, setbacks, and moments when I didn’t know what to do next. Through it all, I’ve learned one simple but life-changing truth: whenever I get upset, overwhelmed, or lose my way, I return to God.

I choose to abide. He always makes a way.

God placed it on my heart to share my journey with others. That’s why I created Abide Life.

Every piece of music, guided practice, and resource I create is an invitation to practice intentional living with God—one moment at a time.

I don’t have all the answers, and I’m still learning every day. I simply want to share what God is teaching me and create tools that help others to pause, return to Him, and remain connected to His Presence.

If something you find here helps you do that, I’m thankful our paths crossed.

Welcome to Abide Life.

He Leads. I Follow. We Abide.
